Intro to ballet incorporates the basics of ballet in a relaxed environment. It includes barre work, across the floor steps, and more. Improve your posture, balance, strength, and flexibility while feeling graceful at the same time!
This conditioning class is easily accessible to all levels of adult students. Taught by our ballet director, this class will incorporate exercises used by professional dancers around the world to create a lean and flexible muscle tone while increasing your heart rate and flexibility. No experience necessary. Ballet shoes recommended, as they work best on our dance flooring.
