Our tumbling students receive the strength training, proper technique instruction, and positive encouragement they need to be successful.
8 & up, by skill level
Tumbling I - A class that focuses on the beginning skills necessary to advance in tumbling. The skills taught in this class are: cartwheels/roundoffs, handstands, handstand forward rolls, bridge kickovers/back walkovers, front limbers/front walkovers and the start of backhandsprings.

Tumbling I (and/or instructor approval)
Tumbling II- A class that focuses on the more advanced tumbling skills, once the beginning skills are mastered. Some skills taught in this class are: standing backhandsprings, standing tucks, standing backhandspring back tuck, round off backhandsprings, round off backhandspring back tucks/layouts, front handsprings and aerials. Gymnasts in Tumbling II typically have individual goals that need to be met for junior high and high school cheerleading and are given the opportunity to work on those skills in this class. The student must meet the criteria of Tumbling I and be approved by the department leader, in order to join the Tumbling II class.
