West Chester Academy is excited to announce our newest program, the WCA Learning Hub! Our Learning Hub provides an adult-supervised and quiet learning environment for students to do their online classes as well as a daily structured time for physical fitness in the gym. Students may even sign up for private lessons in piano, guitar, voice, strings, drums, winds, acting, and more.

Students will secure their own virtual learning program from their school or other online courses. Our Academic Monitors will circulate and assist with concepts or questions students may have. They will help to ensure a schedule is followed, assignments are being completed, and students are engaged with their virtual classes.

Evidence suggests that increased physical exercise helps improve academic performance, so as part of their daily curriculum, students will have a structured physical fitness class in our on-site gym. The gym is fully disinfected and sanitized between each group's gym session.

Students may also take advantage of supplemental enrichment options including lessons in piano, guitar, voice, strings, drums, speech arts, and more!

Who are the Academic Monitors?

Our staff is carefully selected to provide the most warm and personable monitors that will provide encouragement and motivation for the students. We strive to create a community where children look forward to coming and learning every day. The staff sets the tone for that, which is why we select people who can create a cheerful, innovative, and fun setting for students to learn.

How long do I have to commit when I enroll in WCA’s Learning Hub?

To ensure that the program's viability and sustainability for all who register, a minimum commitment of one semester is required. Although enrollment is for one semester at a time, our goal is to provide your child a setting where they are so happy they will want to continue here throughout the 2020-21 academic year.
