Tuition & fees

For convenience, tuition is payable in equal monthly installments. It is based on the number of lesson weeks per year, not on the number of lessons per month which varies. Tuition is prorated when a student begins or withdraws. The prorated amount will be calculated by the office. Monthly class fees are collected via easy, no-hassle pre-authorized debit/credit card payment and are set up at registration.

In addition to tuition, there is a non-refundable Basic Annual Membership Fee of $40, $25 sibling or a non-refundable Premium Annual Membership Fee of $65, $50 sibling due upon initial enrollment and is valid for one year as long as the student stays enrolled during that period. If a student stops lessons and then re-enrolls, the membership fee will be paid at the time of re-enrollment. The fee will be renewed the anniversary of enrollment each year thereafter that the student is still taking classes. The same type membership as purchased previously will be renewed unless the front desk is notified to switch from Basic to Premium or vice versa. This modest fee helps defray the substantial office/administrative costs, insurance, and other non-teaching costs.

The Basic Annual Membership Fee allows students to reschedule up to 3 classes/lessons and the Premium Annual Membership Fee allows students to reschedule up to 6 classes/lessons from August 15 through May 15 if the Front Desk is notified at least 24 HOURS in advance. The limitation for rescheduled lessons is relaxed between May 15 and August 15 to help accommodate for summer travel. Please notify the front desk as soon as possible for vacation reschedules so that the spots can be optimized for all concerned. Once a class/lesson is rescheduled, it may not be rescheduled again. It is the student’s responsibility to reschedule missed lessons, and all rescheduled classes and lessons must be completed within 60 days of the missed date. Students with a Basic Membership may upgrade to a Premium Membership at any time as needed, for an additional $30.

We provide our students and parents with customer service from 9:00 a.m. to closing every day with full-time receptionist help. The office staff is available so that you may call at any time to have your questions answered, and the teachers can concentrate on teaching. Our teachers do not handle administrative issues so they can be free to concentrate on student instruction.
