Our gymnastics program is an excellent way for children of all levels and abilities to develop and maintain strength, agility, flexibility, balance, and self-confidence! Our program is dedicated to safely instructing proper technique and skill progressions in a positive, encouraging and FUN environment that develops a love for the sport. Gymnastics is a great sport for your child to burn off all that energy, build lifelong fitness habits, and stay active year-round!
6 & up, by skill level
A class for ages 6 & up that introduces gymnastics progressions utilizing bars, beam, floor, and vault. This class builds coordination strength, and responsibility that are foundational skills for success in any other athletic endeavors. Students must complete all necessary skills of Beginning Fundamentals in order to join Gym Stars I.

By invitation only, Super Bears meet twice per week and will practice more advanced skills such as connected tumbling, kip drills on bars, dance elements, and cartwheels on beam. The complexity of skills will increase while the basic and intermediate skills will be utilized to raise the confidence and skill execution of each athlete. A combination of strength and flexibility will be incorporated into each class to increase the body awareness and safe execution of more advanced skills.
